周铁山先生是中国高端互联网的先行者和战略家。

2002年4月,正式介入互联网,成功推出中国第一家面向别墅的高端专业网站——中国别墅网(www.villas.com.cn),任CEO,并于当年举办首届中国别墅论坛及年会;此后,他又相继举办了2003年“中国别墅年会”、“‘奥斯卡式’十大精品热销别墅颁奖晚会暨第一届精品别墅展”(北京饭店金色大厅)、2004年“第三届十大精品别墅颁奖典礼”(北京大学百年礼堂)、“对话别墅论坛”(北京国际饭店)、2005年首届“中国别墅排行榜颁奖盛典”(人民大会堂);

2004年4月,进军奢侈品行业,成功打造中国唯一面向高端人群的门户网站——贵人网( www.1619.com.cn ),任董事长及首席创构策动师;

2005年,策划发起2006首届北京国际奢侈品展,并担任组委会主席。

包柏德,奥克斯曼城子爵,来自爱尔兰一个历史悠久的贵族家庭。尽管拥有一个历史长达400多年的城堡,他还是跟随他在联合国工作的父亲去了世界各地。所以他是在伊朗、孟加拉、阿尔及利亚等国成长起来的。

从瑞士的Aiglon学院毕业之后,他在纽约从事房地产开发。之后他又去了巴黎,为一家在法国各地出售别墅和城堡的英国代理行工作。

1992年,包柏德来到中国。他在北京语言文化大学学习了汉语之后,与一家中国公司合作,在黑龙江建立了一个基金。然后他曾为世界著名的仲量联行工作。这之后他获得了“与中国公司合作开发北京顶级物业之唯一外籍人士”的美誉,参与开发了单栋价格从1000万到3000万不等的顶级奢华的东山墅,国贸商圈体量最大的综合项目,此项目总面积100多万平方米,包括15万平米的商业、一个利兹卡尔顿酒店以及万豪酒店。目前包柏德正在西单商圈参与开发北京最具典型意义、商业面达10万余平米的商业项目。

对此,媒体如此称赞道:“来中国做建筑设计、物业管理、咨询策划、销售公关的洋面孔不少,但能和中国国企合作进行房地产开发的外籍人士,恐怕只有包柏德了。”

Zhou Tieshan is the founder and strategist of a Chinese high-class website. In April 2002, Mr. Zhou began paying attention to the internet, and successfully set up a professional high-class website for villas and became the CEO of www.villas.com.cn. In the same year he put together the Top Villa Forum and Annual Villa Conference; Afterwards he continued with the Chinese Villas Conference in 2003 and “Just Like the Oscars” the Top Ten Popular Villa Awards Ceremony & the 1st Exhibition of Top Villas held in the Grand Ballroom, Beijing Hotel, the 3rd Top Ten Villa Awards Ceremony in 2004 held in the Peking University’s Hall, Dialogue & Villas Forum held in the Beijing International Hotel, the NO.1 Chinese Villas Review & Awards Ceremony held in the Great Hall of the People.

Patrick Parsons, with the title Lord Oxmantown is from an old aristocratic family in Ireland. Although having a large castle with 400 years of history he followed his father who worked in the United Nations all over the world. So as a child was brought up in Iran, Bangladesh, Algeria etc.

After graduating from Aiglon College in Switzerland he worked in Real Estate development in New York. He then went on to Paris and worked for an English agency selling Manoir and Chateaux all over France.

He came to China in 1992 and after learning Chinese at the Beijing Language Institute he worked with a Chinese company setting up a fund in Heilongjiang. He then worked for the world-renowned JLLS property firm. After that he has gained a reputation as the only foreigner working with Chinese companies developing some of Beijing’s top renown real estate from the most luxurious such as Forest Hills with homes selling from 10-30 million RMB to the largest project in the CBD with over 1 million square meters, including 150,000sm of retail and a Ritz Carlton plus a JW Marriott. He is presently developing the most prominent retail project in Beijing in Xidan with over 100,000sm of Retail.

According to the media, “there are so many foreigners who are working in the fields of architectural design, property management, agency and consultancy, but Patrick Parsons is the only foreign person working with Chinese state companies developing real estate.
